At Payton Rose Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy

  • You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange or store credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging to be eligible.

How to Start an Exchange

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

📦 Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
